South Carolina requires that a licensed South Carolina attorney supervise a real estate closing, and we coordinate with the closing attorney and the other parties to the transaction.

Coverage is governed by the policy

Title insurance coverage is determined solely by the terms, conditions and exclusions of the issued policy and by the commitment that precedes it. Nothing on this website expands, alters or guarantees coverage, clear title, or any closing date.

Purple Key Title & Escrow is an authorized title insurance agent of WFG National Title Insurance Company. References to the underwriter on this site describe that agency relationship and nothing more.
